Answer: From €55 any shipment to Spain is free

Answer: We accept major payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, SeQura and cash on delivery
5. What is the difference in size between the Regular and Oversize cut?
Answer: Our recommendation is to buy the Oversize cut one size smaller than the Regular cut size. If you like looser clothing, you should buy the same size in the Oversize cut.
6. What do I do if I received a defective or incorrect product?
Answer: We are sorry for any inconvenience. If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the order, providing details and photos of the problem. We will offer you a prompt solution, either a free replacement or a full refund.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to orders as the order may be in the process of being shipped. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as you want to make the request, via the chat on our website, or through our email address info@safaryhorizon.com
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Answer: For the moment, we only ship to Spain within Spain. We will soon be expanding the shipping countries.
9. What is your return policy?
Answer: We accept returns of unused products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving the order. The shipping costs for returns will be €3.80 to receive the amount of the item to be returned; unless the product is defective or incorrect, or you want to exchange it for another size or item from the website, in which case it will be completely free.
To make a return, the customer must process it on the following page: https://safaryhorizon.idril.es and indicate what they wish to do, whether a return for the amount, an exchange for another size or item, or a defective product.
